My System: TechnoSat 6000Plus Samsung DSR9500 Via Ci
Need Immediate Help Please

Hi I am new to this kind of satellite systems here.
I have 2 problems with my receivers , any1 out there canhelp me pls,
My receiver stops every5 minutes saying no Signal , its TECHNOSAT 6000plus,
I dont know the ABCD of it , I tired with another receiver which is old but its working good, could you pls tell me what to do , coz I need to learn from the scratch what to do , how to connect , how to upload software from PC, etc .And I dont even know how to setup the receiver for various satellite channels,my jobs requires me to record the programs shown on ARABSAT and NILESAT , can I watch all the european channels also .

first of all, your software is too old and it doesnt very well. You can download the newest software from dsrsoftware.com usrname:dealers pswrd:dealers123 and then upload it to your receiver via rs232 cable. all instructions will be on the downloaded file. for any question PM me. Hope i've helped.
