what cables i need to connect my reciver to pci capture card?

what cables i need to connect my reciver to pci capture card?

Hi all. could any one tell me the name and if possible show me the cable pic that i need to connect capture card to a satellite receiver . i attached a pic of both receiver and capture card. i be happy to know all the connection possibilities. Thanks

Can't imagine what you're proposing to do.
That card looks like an analogue or DVB-T PC card. What do you want to connect it to your STB for?

My System: Skymaster DCI9900 + PC/twinhan combination. 80cm dish. GBPVR with 2 DTTV cards +hauppauge Media MVP

I'm guessing that's an analogue card. You need a scart to S-video converter. These can be in the form of a special Scart lead or a cheaper adapter block to give you s-video (looks like a ps2 keyboard connector) to plug into the TV card and 2 audio connectors for which you will need an adapter to plug into the pc's line in. Have a look at Maplin

Do you need to connect your capture card output to an receiver input, If this is your question, It cant be possible., you can input arieal in. For an one channel.

I'm assuming (from his other post) that he wants to capture from his dodgybox so he needs to go from scart out to s-video in on his TV card
