Metronic Touch Box 3 serial port

Hi all, for my new (from Maplin) Metronic TouchBox 3. I wanted an easy way to load up various TP and channels that I want. This is not obvious from the manual included. It is pre-programmed with a lot of sats I can't see/dont want. So, I connected a laptop to the serial port with a null modem (crossover) cable.

Set HyperTerminal on Windows XP to 115200, 8 bit, No Parity, 1 stop bit, Autodetect Terminal. And on power up of the Touchbox:

So, this is OK but does any one know what to do from here?
e.g. commands to use or software needed for the PC.
Basic desire is to load up a list of sats/TPs from an Excel sheet I have.
