I need some technical advice & would be grateful if you can help ? I've a Humax VACI-5300 receiver S/W Version HVC 1.06.04 last update 22nd Oct 2002. My problem is that i've subscribed to TV VLAANDEREN which broadcasts on Astra & takes a Mediaguard Cam but channels are still scrambled at present despite viewing activation by TV VLAANDEREN. On speaking to their technical dept i was adviced to perform a software upgrade to solve my problem. Would it be possible for anyone to point me in right direction for s/w upgrade as i couldn't find any info on Humax Website for my particular model,which i know is quite old. Also any ideas on good Media Guard compatable receivers ? With thanks
