I am gonna buy a amstrad sky digi box is possible to have Irdeto 2 and viccases 2,5 cards???

Why would you want to do that unless you wanted to watch sky TV with a subscription as it is virtually useless for any other satellite and only has an embeddded NDS CAM and does not have a common interface to allow the other cams to decrypt the other systems you mention, cards do not come into the equation. I recommend you have a good read here to enable you to understand a bit better what you are talking about
