Question Software upgrade for Neosat 9600 SX

I have a neosat SX 9600 with software version R1A1.27AEMNNEO/B9AD83DE. Can anybody guide me if any software upgrade for this version is available, and if yes where. I looked in www.neosat.com but this software version was not listed there. I will be extremely grateful if you can help me.

I think u should check the compatibility of your receiver so u may download the software of any other compatible receiver.

My System: Covering 30W-105.5E range, two motors, C and Ku band. Various receivers/cards/cams/etc.

Neosat SX-1600 comes in 3 models. Check the remote and main unit backplate.

There are letters
SSS - this is ALI 3329B, Globo 7000 clone.
AAA - this is ALI 3329C, Globo 4100C clone.
BBB - this is ALI 3329C+USB, Truman TM140 clone.

all firmwares can be downloaded from truman-support.com
