Hi there,

Sorry for the late reply but I just bought a relook STB and I am very new to the subject, but I can feel the AGONY of loosing a dearly-paid receiver !!!

You may need to use some of the new JTAG images like the ones recommended on DGS official website. It is also worth having a look at w*w.denktenk.c*m forums they have a plenty of threads on the same subject.

I attached a document that I see extremely important to follow its instructions to the letter although I assume that this is what you have done so far. I found this document after a bunch of googling, but reckon it is provided by the official website.

Hope this all works and good luck,

Another suggestion that might seem dorky,

Try another USB cable. Believe me, I had a connection-failure but with a serial cable.
