DGS seems to be short of cash and haven't seen anything happen from that company for ages.

They try to run their business on their now old 400s, Mutant etc... receivers.

I am very disappointed in the company and the support they have shown.

Another Korean company where they run away from their customers.

Presumably the HD stands for Hard Drive and not Hi Def as there's no mention of mpeg4?

No its a HDTV receiver, DVB-S2 is HDTV.
