NSS 8 was supposed to be going to 57E, but was destroyed at launch in January 2007 when the Sea Launch rocket blew up on the launch pad..... It was designed with multiple beams pointing in various directions, but the info is now only for historic interest First 5:

(Nobody was hurt in the accident - the launch pad is evacuated before launch just in case anything goes wrong. Amazingly the pad suffered relatively little damage - the blast deflector ramps were blown off, but when the engineers went on board a few hours later the lights were still on in the main hangar!)
