Smile Badr 4 26E

Badr 4 runs 3 beams, one each for the BSS and FSS frequency bands and one restricted beam which theoretically restricts reception of the English language MBC channels to the Mediterranean. However, as in many cases this footprint is more extensive in practise than in theory!
