Amos 5 is due to launch in 2011 and will open up a new orbital slot for the Israeli Spacecom operation.

17E will have one C-band payload covering Africa and 3 Ku band payloads covering Africa and parts of Europe (with what looks like low power presumably to avoid interference with 16E & 19E)
