Lacuna mk 4 sat meter Help needed

Bought this new 6 months ago and have been using these meters for years without problems,
I plugged it in the van this morning using the cig charger (original).
Was charging fine until (charge error) appeared on the display?.
Took out the battery and put back in and meter comes on with all functions working except the ss graphs are not working.
Iv never had this problem before.

Iv tried reloading the software but the graphs still dont work...
theres a "helpline" tel no for lacuna systems but it will not take calls from outside the uk, as im in the canary islands.
have also drained the battery and recharged...nothing?

also no support available on their website....Any help much appreciated,,Thanks
