satellite and combined terrestrial meter

hi is there a combined digital satellite and terrestrial meter on the market. i did not want an complicated and expensive spectrum analiser, just some thing which will identify between satellites and give signal strenth and snr. if this is not possible could some one recommend a easy to use and reliable sat and terr meters. my budget is 500 to 600 pounds. thaks in advance

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

For £800 plus VAT you could buy Satelliteman's nearly new condition Rover ST4, or £700 for a brand new Satlook Combolook, not as clever a meter and a bit heavy, but I love my Satlook NIT.

The new one is around £2000, he is, like me, getting the new Televés meter.
