My System: andrews dish - jaeger 1224 motor, vantage x221tsci, skystar 2, diablo v2.3, cyfra+
Rover SDM-1s Digital Satellite Meter

i have a chance of getting a Rover SDM-1s Digital Satellite Meter but apparantly its only setup for 28east, can this be unlocked say with some other software to get other satellites like hotbird and astra 1 etc ?

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

Have a look on the Rover website, I think it may be stuck with that configuration though.

i have had a look but nothing listed for the sdm1 only s2

They made this one for Sky, so it is probably terminally hobbled.

thought so as it was on Ebay i seen it, seem loads are appearing on Ebay with in the description, was used for installing sky but now left for a new job lol

been looking at the satlook micro + now as seems a few on here have them, the satlook NIT with spectrum analyser looks nice but cant justify the cost as i'm not an installer

old thread i know but power on the sdm1 hold the lnb button..the center blanked button and the transponder button for a few secs and the meter will unlock to all transponders. 70 in alll.
its just a case of working out what ones are what sats.
assume it the same as sdm2 if anyone has a list thanks
