My System: Skystar1, Win Vista, motorised dish
Vista skystar drivers

Hi I have Skystar1 with TV out. I upgraded to windows Vista Home Premium. Six times out of ten I would get the BSOD when trying to run prog DVB and the PC would reboot. From what I have read on the net the same things happen to a lot of other Vista users with a Skystar card. I have recently reformatted my PC and installed Windows again. This time I want to make sure I install skystar1 drivers that will work with Vista Home Premium.

Reading around the net there seems to be conflicting views about which version of driver works with Vista and stops the BSOD.

Does anyone have the definitive answer on which drivers to use and could you please tell me where I can download them.

Thanks.

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

You could go to Technisat.de and check thir downloads, possibly Email them and find out what they have to say.
