DVB Dream scan Help

Hi Guys, wondering if someone can supply me with a little help. I have DVB Dream v1.4i P1 with BDA Satellite [ DVB-S ]- USB 2.0 installed, however when I do a full scan ie 19.2E everything is fine, signal strength mostly 68%-98% and 100% quality and a total of over 1300 channels. When scan is finished it comes up and where the stop scan box is it changes to OK, click on OK and it gives you the scan screen with freq on left, and to right of that it says Select All underneath that Select None, underneath that Scan, underneath that Signal, and underneath that a box with OK I assumed from what I know that when you click on that it would bring up a list of all the channels that had been scanned, but clicking on it gives me nothing. Is there something else I should have done and have missed, I have done the scan three times and am now becoming a bit frustrated wondering why the channels are not showing. If any of you DVB Dream users can enlighten me I would be extreemly grateful, thank you.
