Hi guys, this is hardware for this project, a powerful pc, a skystar2 pci card, a RS232 card reader and lots of time. My goal is to watch BskyB (i have a legit card) on my computer and to stream it to my other house using maximum 512kbit/s to stream it (including audio). What is the best setup to do this (software, software cams etc) and best compression to use. Kind Regards. | ||
