Cant activate v_keys recently

I used to watch hotbird but stopped for a while. When I came back to it I found that the old procedure for activating v_keys doesnt work anymore. I used to download the v_keys, put then in the plugin directory and click on France 5 and wait 30 sec. and I could watch all the unblocked channels. Now this is not working (although I get the most recent keys). Any idea how to make use of v_keys??

My System: Sky UK. FTA analogue & digital satellite from 6 fixed dishes (5E/7E/9E/10E/13E/16E/ 19E/23E/28E) Pace MSS100, Echostar IP3000VA, Technomate TM-1000D, Dreambox 7020S

TPS tweaked their encryption a while back - its now secure on many receivers.

My System: Sky HD, TM6800HD, Manhattan Plaza ST550 and TM1500 CI+. 1.0m dish and 36v motor, Panasonic DVD HDD recorder and Panasonic video/DVD recorder. Sony G800 HD TV stand/surround system + Sony KDL40W2000. Infinity USB, Elvis, CAS1, CAS2.

TPS crpyt was turned off for a couple of days last week but that's the only chance of seeing stuff these days without paying.

You can still open TPS and ABSat channels on your dreambox with SBCL/VPlug.

Have a look at the thread called 'SBCL_vPlug Dreambox Tests' over on the S@tan Dream forum,

Thanks guys but it is not as easy as it looks.

This page doesnt contain any link to download anything. It just lists files names:
_http://dvb-upload.com/index.php?action=preview&pid=101399

and the rest of the steps are new to me like "installing the CCCam on the dreambox" I am not sure what a CCam is and how to install it...and what cables do I need to connect the PC to the dreambox..and what software do I need.. I havent done any work on the dreambox before. I think I need a more basic and detailed guide. Where do I find it??

If S@tan dream forum is more detailed where do I find it?

By the way, all channels that used to open in hotbird belonged to TPS? no channels left to open by skystar at all??

Its not straight forward, and its hardly worth taking the trouble to learn considering TPS will be gone from Hotbird soon, Its moving to Astra1 I believe, and also to secure encryption,

Its not evn close! The only reason I mentioned it is because all the files you need are there, and I'm not sure if Mhku's method still works. Its not the same method as I used.

Google would have found it for you.

I think you are right, but there are other things that dreambox can do like sharing on Nilesat services and I want to know how to transfer recorded files from it to the PC and I hope I will find that in guide that you suggested.

Thanks for now.
