SkyStar2: Linux - Gbox + Sasc-ng nagra1 not updating?

Card: Subbed Nagra1 Prov: 4E01/4F01 CAID: 1800/1801
DVB: TechniSat SkyStar2 DVB-S

If I pull the card from the receiver with updated keys and put it into the ISO on the system it will decrypt the channels fine until the key changes. Then it will no longer work. Is there something special I have to do so that the card will take the updates from the stream so I do not have to update it in the IRD. Below are the config files:

The other thing I noticed is that if I manually input the updated keys into the gbox nagra file it will not decrypt the channels until I either reload the gbox_cfg file or restart gbox. If I remember correctly when I ran gbox on my old dreambox 500 if I manually entered the key into the nagra file it would take it almost immediately.
