Are you sure that you are pointing to the satellite?
Is dish size 60cm large enough for this satellite in your location?
Have you tried using standard receiver to scan the channels with success?

In DVBViewer Pro, go to Options - Hardware and rescan the Mantis driver.

DVBDream has known problems with some BDA drivers, try this one -

My System: Receivers: Edision Argus, Technomate TM-5300D+ USB, Skystar HD2 Dish: Tecatel 1.10X1.20 LNB: Sharp BS1REL100W Sat motor: Moteck SG2100 PC: Cpu C2D E8400, 2GB.

DVBDream+Skystar HD2 will only work with a customed device file, called "BDA_ALL". There are two files, BDA_ALL.DEV and BDA_ALL.INI, you must put them in the "Devices" folder located in the root folder of your DVBDream installation.

BDA_ALL.zip

As far as I can see the channels you are trying to receive could be the ones from the "Airtel" package, transmitted exclusively in DVB-S2. So in order to receive them with DVBViewer Pro you must go to Settings>Options>Hardware and make sure that the "Is DVB-S2 device" check button is selected. And finally you should check if your transponders .ini files are up to date.

Skystar HD2 works fine here with the latest drivers and those two programs...
