Is this a good thing to buy ??

I have decided to look at the possibility of purchasing a seperate DiSEqc 1.2 controller. This is due to the fact that DVBViewer cannot move my Technomate TM-2300 super via my Skystar HD pci card..The model i think will do the job is a Stab Mini Positioner MP 02, This will allow me to move the dish manually, and it will allow me to store either 4 or 5 satellites in its memory. I can get one off Ebay

for £25, but as the problem i have is probably caused by low voltage from the pc. As this unit will go between the pci card and motor, it obviously gets the power it needs from the coax from the LNB. If there is already a low voltage problem, will this add to the problem ? Is There a constant supply to the LNB to make it work, where this gets its power from ? Any help would be really gratefull...
