Question polarity offset settings

I just come to know about polarity offset of 8 error in my scanned channel? and due to this my dvb software is not scanning channels from transponder ini file. please tell me how to correct it.

My System: I have pinnacle pctv sat pro pci 450i dvb-s card running with no problem.im gettin signal from nss6 and many other satellite but want some other.I have p4 pc with 1.5 gb ram.

Hi I am taran from punjab
I use pci dvb-s card. I want to know which satellite are you currently receiving and which software you are using. Are you able to watch any pay channel. Please reply

hi taran,

for viewing pay channels, you need ci slot and ci module and a unused new card. my card has facility to attach ci slot but I have not yet attached it. I will do it soon and let you know. for experiment, I need to have 7k budget :-).

Are you receiving intelsat 12. What is th size of your dish. Is there any free channels

my dish size is 65cm, our normal size dth provider ku dish. I can see only demo "play" channel in dialogue tv.

I also have same dish. I'm planing to get bigger dish. Can you suggest me size of dish I should consider.

for ku band, go for 4 feet solid dish and for c band minimum 6 feet mesh required.
