All these settings of course with ethernet support and the satellite receiver can get the keys automatically via internet! Is there a solution to do it by myself?

Hes setting up card shares on the receivers. You need access to a subscription somewhere in the chain so you are going to pay something eventually!

Yes if you get the right receivers and do LOTS & LOTS of reading.

General questions are allowed. DONT ask for detailed info on sharing. Asking for (or offering) shares is strictly forbidden

Ty my friend for your answer and sorry if my questions were "illegal", I understand.
btw should I try to update the firmware by ethernet? Shall I see better results? Is there any site u might know who has firmwares for this receiver and if there is a noob guide how to start.. I can't find info about this model, the whole internet society is talking about Dreambox only! lol

Not much point updating the firmware on that receiver - there almost nothing open on patches or files these days. Theres basically only 1 package left - DigiTV on 1W and that one will go black in a few weeks time when they finish the card swapout.

Plenty of info about dreamboxes here on the forum, HOWEVER they arent magic boxes that open up all packages for free from day one. They are high end enthusiasts receivers and are a serious business in learning how it works "under the hood"

And you still need access to subscriptions to open pay tv services....

I would never recommend any linux receiver to a relative newcomer to the hobby!

Anyone expecting to take one out of the box and have all pay tv channels open at the end of the first day is sadly deluding themselves.

They have a *seriously* steep learning curve.

Use it to prop open the door to ensure a constant cool breeze, it will never pick up more than free channels unless you buy a subscription card

Result! Enjoy your extra channels.

Until the encryption changes and you have to go back and pay again anyway!
