Does anyone know why I would be getting this error with vdr 1.3 sc 0.3.16 and softcsa 0.08'

Yeah I figured out what it was. I had to do make plugins IRDETO=1 SECA=1 NAGRA=1

What I had done was only made vdr its self with those options.
