picture problem

i have nexus, progdvb and the right side of the picture is always fuzzy (scrambling). ... with all the channels ...

can anyone plz tell me what kind of conflict this is?

damn i don't have any codecs, can you suggest any (perhaps download site

graph card is GeForce FX 5200 (nvidia)?
