Q about the skypilot/neotionpilot USB receiver

Hi,
I wonder if it's possible to use the skypilot/neotion pilot external USB receiver (http://www.neotionbox.com/neotionpilot-gb.html) with programs like progdvb/dvbmagic/mytheatre by installing any 3rd party drivers or whatever?
The problem is that this device only works with its own software which depends on html and xml and doesn't allow using plugins such as s2emu or yankse ....etc.
Is it possible to make such plugins work with its current software (http://www.neotionbox.com/neotionvl-gb.html)?
