Unhappy My Theatre "video format has changed"

Hi, I hope this is the right place for this post. Today as I was trying to open NED1-3 and NET5 I noticed the picture was very "choppy" and "stuttering" .. is this normal? I usually get excellent video from MT. Also I got a few messages on the MT display screen : "audio format has changed" and "video format has changed" .. what does this mean and what can I do to fix it if possible. Glad to say Multivision is working again but also poor picture quality. Any help would be much appreciated, many thanks in advance
