The fastest way is contacting a Satellite Internet Service provider, this will be very easy if you are in Europe, but it is going to cost you money.

Now, in the United States, I only know about DirecTV service advertised as DirectWay, this one also costs money and you must use their equipment.

I have read from people that this kind of service is not free of problems; sometimes you need to have access to a dial up internet connection to request the serving of pages and the latency (the time it takes to display the content on screen) is awful, if my memory serves me right they call it one way connection. Heavy Gamers like those playing Unreal Tournament say this kind of connection is not suitable, atmospheric conditions will affect your connection.
