My System: vision plus card. 1.2 ghz desktop,512mb memory. Win 2k. ATI video |
Can a card programmer/reader be used with a PC running ProgDVB and a card in its slot to decode encrypted channels on Hotbird & Astra instead of buying a tv card with a cam slot? Any help would be much appreciated guys. Ron | ||

My System: Windows XP Professional, Skystar 2, TM5200D+ Super, 1m motorised dish [62E-58W] | Sort of. Not all encryption systems work, however some can be made to work with a Smartmouse/Phoenix card reader and something like P*orman's CAM. S*CA and N*gr*v*s*on would work fine looking at Joshyfun's site. | ||
