Question Question in Internet Terminology

Hi, Does anyone know what does this mean shown below in Internet Terminology

" WYSIWYG Editor initialized for internet Expolrer in 0.55 second "

It comes at the bottom of the screen and freez the computer , But the internet is connected , but I can't access the site , unless I disconnect the internet and start all over again to another site .It happens sometimes for some sites but not all the time .
Any thoughts you would have be greatly appreciated

If he were not a wizard, from head down to the root, you would have got to worry-your DB only boots

It means that the webpage you are looking at has an editable area e.g Hotmail. When you create an email, all the italic, bold, color etc buttons are part of a wysiwig editor.

Do these pages have wysiwig parts e.g this forum when you click "post reply" will "load" a wysiwig editor.
