Hi, I just got my dish all aligned on 28.2E and just playing with it all as its quite a novelty  Can anyone offer advise or suggestions on recommended software alternatives. I tried DBViewer which came with the SkyStar2 card but didn't really like it) Current trying ProgDVB which is better... but I'm still looking.... I've got a lot of channels which are blatantly unavailable (Big red icon next to them in the list) but there are also others which have a green icon and signal on that transponder but I get no picture, some of them even give EPG info. But, I'm a newb at all this so could someone point me in the right direction of an explanation for this. Do I need more filters, or what? Jamin | ||

My System: Windows XP Professional, Skystar 2, TM5200D+ Super, 1m motorised dish [62E-58W] | I'd try Skyview personally speaking or HawkDVB (both available from www.dvbsoft.net). Alt-DVB is an excellent alternative too and even MyTheatre 2.76 - the last free version of MyTheatre - if you can find a link to it. | ||
