Capturing streaming media in MyTheatre seems a bit fierce, about 1mb/sec for mpeg2. Anyone know if there is a setting or plugin to shrink it a bit. This might be normal I don't know.

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

Just tried it Pete, yep would seem to be very storage hungry, but it works out at about 3.5 to 4Gigs per hour, which i guess is about right.

Mmm, just tried on ati tv wonder card and thats 2.5mb/sec for avi?

I believe that the MPEG2 is DVD quality, but AVI is a compressed and slightly lower quality version.
