My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

In most cases you can just drop the new latest softcam on top of the old one, where it is will depend on which viewer you are using.

Just unzip the file, then put the 'softcam.key' file into the Progdvb folder or into the MDplugins folder if you use MyTheatre.
No need to use the editor at all.

I've got an inferiority complex, but it's not a very good one.

it does what it say's on the tin, with it you can edit your softcam key with updated c*des if you know where to look.

but you don't kneed it when you can download latest keys and as my learned collegues said

patience is not a virtue, its a godsend.a picture is worth a thousand words

They are in the same format for those two, the keys are the same for the same channel but they are in different formats for different recievers.
