28.2/5e Sat-Broadband providers...

Ok, my sister may be moving to one of the islands off Scotland and she may want to have broadband up there (and of course, the island she wants to go to has no broadband, they don't even have mains electricity!!!), so I was saying to her that there may be some providers of 1-way BB which can run through a "sky" dish ("sky" as in the generic term for astra 2/Eurobird transmissions) as she doesn't want a dish farm up there, but I can't seem to find any on 28.2e or 28.5e, are there any on those satellites?

My System: Sky UK. FTA analogue & digital satellite from 6 fixed dishes (5E/7E/9E/10E/13E/16E/ 19E/23E/28E) Pace MSS100, Echostar IP3000VA, Technomate TM-1000D, Dreambox 7020S

The ones that were operating on 28E have all ceased - I suspect lack of TV capacity forced them off. Theres still a few providers around on obscure European birds. Have a poke around Lyngsat. ISTR the internet providers are in prurple.

My System: 28e, 19e, 13e, 30w

I can't recommend Europeonline. I used them back in 2001 and they didn't understand the concept of cancelling an account / stopping subscribing - and they continued to take money from the bank account long after it was made clear to them that the service was no longer wanted / required!

A lot of things have changed in those five years (they aren't at 19.2 east any more for starters!) so maybe they've improved?
