My System: Pentium 4 3.40ghz 1Gig Ram Skystar 2 PCI Card Technomate 1000D+Super | I have had a skystar 2 for about a year and never had a problem with it its an excellent card with plenty of features and 2 good programs to use. Can't comment on the WinTV as I have never had one and never used one. Can't recommend the ss2 enough well worth the 50 to 60 pounds. | ||
