The most popular and cheapest DVB-S PCI card is Skystar2.
All most all s/w like, native DVBViewer, progDVB,DVB Dream,MyTheater,AltDVB,etc are able to use softcam.key through plugins.
But sorry to say that there are no softcams for any Indian channels from NSS6/INSAT4A Another gr8 thing you can do with ur DVB-S card that, YOu can grab files from internet with high speed like in MBPS !
