with my PC and if yes then please tell me what is the use of connecting each other please tell me details what are other requirements also tell me like connecting wire etc.

Use the search forum. I think there is some info there.
Not sure what you are trying to do. Have you installed the card in the PC or not yet?
If you have installed it, then why do you need permission?

Edit: You put your post in the PC Card section.
If it is an STB, then your post should be in a relevant section in order to avoid confusion.
