technotrend s2 3650ci usb help plz

hi to all going crazy with this thing.....mainly got it for 4.2.2 feeds but also struggling with any sat reception please find my findings so far and if anyone can help with any of the following points thank you

1 tt centre(technotrends own player)seems to work ok with standard channels but dont know what to alter for 4.2.2 feeds,picks them up but no picture

2 tried dvb viewer but when it boots up it asks for a pinnacle dvd player msi file,i click cancel it goes to the viewer but no pic shown

3 has anyone picked a 4.2.2 feed up with this usb box and if so with what software ect

4 is there any software better than others as i can just ask questions on the one piece of software,instead of many ......thanks guys

What codecs have you got installed? For 4:2:2 try Elecard, and for HD, CoreAVC H264.

oops, just read an article about your tuner HERE - if it's to be believed, it won't resolve 4:2:2 with the Elecard codec



Don't know if any others will, that's the one most used.
