Question ProgDVB and Multidec API

greetings,
I'm planning on writing some ProgDVB plugins but I can't find the progDVB API.
Can someone tell me where to find it? And if possible some information on how to use it (examples, source codes, etc)

My System: Sky+, DB 7000s, Gemini 4.3 in flash, Var on USB stick. Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Unaohm EP313, Swires Annie 204 Spectrum, Rover ST-4 Spectrum.
