Help with Satellite Receiver Card

I would be grateful if anyone can help me I want to purchase a Satellite PCI Card for my computer any suggestions I am looking at a Hauppauge WinTV DVB-s.
Used with a MODEM, I am told it can facilitate connection to a satellite ISP (Internet Service Provider) to achieve high speed data services.
If anyone can help please reply.

My System: DISH TV,DIRECT DD+, TATA SKY,HATHWAY, NOKIA 9660S, PCI SAT CARD TWINHAN NSS6, PAS7/10, ASIASAT3S, INSAT,INETEL SAT, EUROSTAR, DremBox, & Multi LNB'S

Yes it can be, You many get more options other than Hauppauge, like twinhan and skystar and few other.

If your primary purpose is ISP , then any card would be workable.
