Sound Help Please

Hi guys, can anyone kindly assist with sound on Premiere @ 19e I go to channel prop, go to audio stream there are two pids the G one and ac3 pids If I click on the ac3 pid and then apply, all I get is a pinky & perky sound as if the soundtrack is running ultra fast. Any ideas as how I can overcome this. Sorry should mention I am using ss2 with Progdvb. Any help would be very much appreciated. thank you.

On my Dreambox, I normally see a choice of three audio streams, you may need to add one manually.
