can i receive insat 2e, yamal 202 on same dish

i am from tamil nadu, south india , please help me about receiving insat 2e, yamal 202 oon same dish. i use prime focus 8 foot solid dish ,and fta receiver for receiving both dd, edusat. i catch insat 2e for rwceiving tamil fta channels, i am eager to receive yamal 202 on same dish, please help me..

Yamal 202@49 E is a distant probability,not practically easy,instead of that you may try for Yamal 102@90E,prior to disturbing your dish consult a practical advisor
as setting yamal will disturb both your dish and LNB of previo9us satellite.

well my dish installer is a pro at this, he said with a feed horn and special clamp he will be able to get this done... so lets try no harm in trying.

by the way as we are on the topic, do we get any good english channels on yamal, as i can have signal from only 4 lnbs , have only 1 4x1 diseq. so want to maxamise the use of the birds i catch,

In YAMAL u get 2 REN+ 1,2 Other Movie channels and some Lankan Channels+ Russian SPorts.....

better is someone can get 90E as u can get REN +7 and +4 but only possible in north india with 120 cm or more

Yamal C band@90E requires 8 feet solid /extreamely well built mesh for consistent reception in my location.

for DELHI and Near by Area we get on 6 feet Solid constant signal.

Yamal 202 is very easy to get in all places in INDIA we can get this on 4 feet also.

finally i can bought a new 185 cm solid dish for receiving the yamal 202
i easily catch the bird ,the antenna costs 1900 rupees in madurai

You are lucky bro,I paid dearly (more than 5000 )for six ft dish four years ago.

i think these type of 185cm solid sheet antennas are coming from china only,the shop keeper says that he might get the product from cochin
it might be available in mumbai and other harbor cities

Lack of demand appears to be a major factor for non availability of this good and cheap dish,as 6 ft dish is of little use for cable operators and the satellite hobbysts are few in mumbers.

Yes and above all there is no FTA north INDIAN channels...thats why people donot install these dishes now.

5-10 years back everyone used to install one.... but now only mostly who wants foreign channels install thses dishes....

I am receiving intelsat(panamsat)10@68.5 C band with good quality,although
some channels which I received on 8 ft solid dish are lacking but its worth the price it is being sold presently.

Yamal 202 is recieving in my 10 feet aluminium dish antena. it is a very difficult task to get this signals in south India, the problem is 49 degree east will come on the side top of africa, distance problem. inthere is 2 ren channels and some russian old film channels. also is very easy to recieving the chainastar, abs1, thaicom, telestar, measat. Bastin.

The proper way to receive Yamal is First having an excellent quality dish antenna as signal qualty is not the same and second having proper accesories for receiving circular palarity such as Teflone or prper Feedhorn.
