East beam channels on Turksat 3A should be available in north and western India on reasonably small dishes

You dont have much hope with the west beam stuff.

Yes,East beam reception is possible in some areas of Jammu and Kashmir state.

The map of Turksat earlier showed small part of reception in India now shows coverage to more than half area of India.
Members are requested to report reception in the forum with dish size.
Satellite:
Türksat 3A at 42.0°E
Beam:East beam
Frequency:11054 H
30000-5/6

Srei can you try to receive Turksat I tried the same on my 8 feet Solid dish in Faridabad but failed to get..

I have again checked the map,Turksat 2A is shown to partly cover the state of JAmmu and Kashmir,while Turksat 3A coverage is shown to half of India. I shall try soon ...other sat enthusiasts are also welcome to report reception in the forum.

what all channels you are able to get on 90 CM and how much signal Quality,

r u getting turksat full or only East Beam and Turksat which satellite

It shall be more difficult to get in India than Turksat Yes,Map shows it receivable with 8 ft dish in J&K.

you can try(eastbem) frq.11094H 24444 it is strong signal but it is turkey language channel only frq.11054H 30000 have cnbc & e2 english lang. channel try it.
