Express-MD1 telecommunication satellites launched it will replace Express Am2 @80E

The Express-MD1 satellites have been successfully launched onto target orbit by a Proton-M rocket with Breez-M accelerator and taken under control by RSCC satellite mission control center. At present RSCC via its terrestrial facilities controls AM44 and MD1 movement to geostationary 80° East orbital slots respectively.
