Before attempting to tune a satellite pls primarily confirm that you have the footprint of the satellite over your area.
For this you can browse thru Lyngsat or satco or flysat or the sat mfr. site.
Then confirm that you are having the specific hardware requirements.
Eg,for proper dish size.
According to your EIRP values for you place from the footprints pls refer to this link.
_ww.satlex.de/
Further confirm that you have the proper software reqrments like the
option for your STB to add new satellites,TP,Diseqc switch option etc.
If these conditioins are met you can proceed.

More info are avialbale in the forum itself.Try to search and find yourself. If more details are reqrd pls PM me.

Hello Dare,
If you want to receiver KU band singal on pas 7/10 by through you small dish , you can abele to do it,you need a big size dish anteena, One more thing on KU band signal there 4 channels beaming India and that channels are DD Channels and 2 feed channels, and 4 to 6 empty slot channels, Its better you go for C Band signal on PAS7/10 you can abele to get 30 to 40 FTA Channels. I bet that channels are lot more better than ALL.
