My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

LOL, that's brilliant, don't think Lucas new how to take it at the very start, well done by Shatner though.

My System: Motorised dish, dvd players and recorders; a freeview box, broadband, VCRs, four TVs, mobiles, pcs, a mac, Ipod, digital cameras...the lot!

Hard to believe William is 77 next birthday. He still has great enthusiasm for acting and Star Trek. Long may he reign.

I wish women would stop saying I'm very good looking. It's embarrassing...

My System: Various digiboxes, broken Nokia 9800S, numerous analogue boxes. My lovely little lappy, HP Omnibook 6100

Have to say that the Trekker (but not a Trekkie) in me enjoyed the montage that bringbackkirk put together.

On a slightly different note I heard on the news today that the producers of the new Star Trek movie are holding open auditions for people with unusual physical attributes, such a long neck, big ears or bulging eyes.

Anyone here want to go?

I really hate the CG bits in that video, well, at least the ones of the ships, as they look very ameteurish, I could do much better myself!!!

As for those auditions, maybe analoguesat would like to demonstrate what he can do with a bunsen burner hose?

A case of Klingons or a case of the Klingons?
