Dr Who - scarecrow monsters

Tonights "monsters" - the scarecrows have to be the worst monsters ever in the whole pantheon of the Dr Who universe. How could anyone be frightened of something when an obvious course of action is to put a match to them????

light a match = problem solved

Yep, as long as the 'doc' isn't a chronic hay fever sufferer, I don't think we need to panic too much.

I couldn't agree more. The writers and production staff should be embarrassed by this.

Or if you want to go for over kill - a stick of dynamite. But the dilemma would be where to put it.

My System: Various digiboxes, broken Nokia 9800S, numerous analogue boxes. My lovely little lappy, HP Omnibook 6100

Got to disagree with both of you on the last 2 posts. The story and stone angels I thought were superb and I count the episode as one of the scariest - and best - in recent times.

Agreed, Blink was a well thought out story of time travel and its quirks. It didn't have to have main characters in it to work.

Steve Moffat is probably one of the best writers this country has at the moment . Can't wait to see Jekyll

There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness"
