Canal+ card activation problem

Hi,
I have an official Canal+ card (monthy subscription) but am unable to activate it.
I have a dreambox 500s and can see the details of the card but that is all.
I have attempted activation as indicated on Canal+ website and have left the card in the Dbox for more than the one hour recommended.
Is the Dbox unable to do activation?
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance.

Hello JohnDee,
Just by chance, I read today something about the activation.
Hope this helps.
