Please help! Idiots guide needed

Hi need some help please. If I buy a tit card and programmer do I program it just like I did with the old s**a 1 cards? Is it just a case of finding the right hex and eeprom files or do I have to put some software to the card first like a loader or something. Also will a Ast 1.3 be any good with the tit? Sry, bit new to all this S**a 2 business.

Many thanks

Tit cards come with their own software ( or opperating system, OS for short ). All you need is a programmer that will work in PHOENIX mode and the correct hex and eeprom files.

It sounds easy, and is if you do some reading first, but look at the Tit section on any board and you will see guys who did no reading up , pulling their hair out.

Don't mind my spelling

As Razor says, you need to read up on other boards [Sadudez] and the relevant 'How To' stickys and then one of the procedures for programming a tit card will be as folows..........Start with titanium cardprogger 1[1][1].10.02..erase titcard and show OS 106...open file named TitaniumS2CardSoft v18n rev1..or later updated file by aston ......load hex and eep into card and burn in the usual way ...card is now programmed with hex and eep [v18n rev1]...leave card in phoenix programmer...close titanium cardprogger 1[1][1].10.02.. open Seca2Editor v 1.9n Aston that comes with the file v18rev1... press unlock card ... click open s2key file on editor ..open file Seca2keysAU ..select and open Seca2keyAU SPdat. and the editor is loaded..you will see the keys change in the editor..click on editor 'write keys to card'.....finished ..remove card and insert in mr110 cam..............hope this may be of some help. , although seca is no longer available the above file etc will be useful to do a practice run to get the hang of it . Conax can be done and is available at present so look in the appropiate file section on satdudez.

Yes, works OK with Aston 1.03/1.05

Some excellent advice above.

But remember that whatever you do you won't be able to get anything with a Titanium card and an Aston103 cam at present.

Whether it might change in the future............................................ .................................................. .................................nobody knows.

My System: Dreambox 7000, Skystar2

As BB says, no SΣCA2 ATM, and may never be again, so If that's the main thing you're after, I'd invest your money elsewhere until it's back
