Help with CanalSat Caraïbes

Hello,

I am new to the FTA stuff, and need some assistance.

Basically, i am determined to somehow get the European Channels: Eurosport, Eurosport 2 and MotorsTV. I am in Chicago.

I found that Intelsat 801 at 31.5°W has this package (its in French i know).

http://www.lyngsat.com/packages/canalsatcaraibes.html

according to lyngsat, i am able to recieve the signal in my region of the USA. Now, what will i need to get it? What kind of receiver would i need? It looks like this is encrypted, so how would i go about getting it decrypted? I know this is a stupid question, its just there are so many diffrent ways out there on this forum and if someone can point me to one specific dish / receiver / decoder i need, that would be much appreciated.

thanks in advance

thanks.

You have to move first. That beam is firing into the West Indies in the Caribbean! It barely puts any worthwhile signal into the Florida Keys, so Chicago has no chance.

No idea. Its in seca 2 so chances are its secure.
I dont think we have any forum members from the caribbean, so its very doubtful anyone here can answer your question. Also, its going to be a limited market for the hackers to work on.

Half a million is a piffling small number The hackers have bigger fish to fry. 8 million UK Sky viewers for starters.

You want = you pay.
